Protein shake (1 min prep) 1 serving with water Nutrition Protein - 27g Fat - 0 g Carbohydrates- O g Calories- 120 Water (1 min prep) 500ml min water with 1 lemon, 8 teaspoons of cane sugar, 1/2 teaspoon of table salt.
TRY IT, its not the most fun, but definitely works to fuel your body with what it needs. About 10 mins to prep and boom start the day right !
