Team trip to Thailand July 2023

Hello Team,

This year Kru Chris and Kru Mel will be heading back to Hua Hin in Thailand for training. We will be going the month of July and training at Sitjaphao Gym. Anyone interested in joining us. Please let us know. It's a great experience and opportunity to train at a world renowned gym in Thailand.
