Boxing may look intimidating, but it doesn't have to feel that way. Our Fundamentals class helps nurture and build students skills by placing focus on basic techniques.


We begin with learning the boxing stance, footwork and how to control and pace your breathing as you prepare to throw combinations. From there students will learn to jab, cross, hook, uppercut, slip and duck. Our Technical class will focus on developing more complex hand combinations and footwork. Students will further refine their boxing skills through partner drills, using pads and mitts to execute their strikes. Seasoned students will participate in technical sparring allowing them to put their skills into play.


Boxing builds strength, rapid fast reflexes and endurance. Advancing your boxing skills is a great arsenal to add to other Martial Arts like Muay Thai or Kickboxing.
