FIGHT FIT HIIT

An important element of Martial Arts training is enhancing body fitness through the development of strength and conditioning.

 

At Markham Martial Arts our Fight Fit HIIT program is designed to help our members achieve their fitness goals, by implementing rigorous and high intensity drills. The class is designed to elevate your cardiovascular workout to another level, as you push your pace out of your comfort zone.

 

Body weight exercises combined with the use of free weights, medicine balls, kettlebells, resistance bands and various other equipment are utilized to sculpt and shape the body and promote lean muscle growth.

 

Our classes are conducted in a group setting creating a fun and energetic team atmosphere! Not only will you lose weight, build muscle and boost your metabolism, but our high intensity pace will get your feel-good endorphins flowing. As an added bonus, your body will continue to burn calories up to two hours post workout!

The Fight Fit HIIT class is a great addition to your fitness regime, and for increased benefits can be combined with our Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and Boxing programs to gain an all-encompassing fitness experience.
