There are so many great recipes and ingredients you can use, the possibilities are endless. 😊

Fruits and Veg (you can swap these out for any of your favourite combos)

1-2 cups frozen kale

1/4 cup avocado

1/3 cup pineapple

1 banana

Base Ingredients

1 cup unsweetened almond milk+water

1 scoop New Zealand whey protein

1 tbsp fresh ginger

1 tbsp chia seeds

1 tbsp flaxseed

1 tsp turmeric

1/4 tsp Cheyenne pepper
